Enhancing the beauty of your garden
dr anna dourado - gardening consultant | home counties

Imagine having the panel of Gardeners Question Time walking around your garden answering all your questions. This, amongst other things is what Dr Anna Dourado, formerly Head of Horticultural Science, Advice and Trials, The Royal Horticultural Society, Wisley can do for you. Anna is the expert to whom gardening experts turn and her enthusiastic approach to gardening at all levels is truly infectious. Anna has created Gardening at Home to give confidence and reassurance to gardeners at all levels. Everything in a garden has a purpose and a place and we can help you to focus on your own garden and understand what makes it work.

There are more than 15 million gardens in the UK and every garden is a kaleidoscope of thoughts and ideas. Creativity is unstoppable, but to get the most out of our gardens, we need a practical knowledge. Art and science work together in a garden and Gardening at Home can help you foster the best practice to get the most out of your garden.

Anna offers a bespoke gardening advice service in the Home Counties, visiting you at home and helping you to develop and enhance your own horticultural knowledge, focusing on your own garden. If you prefer, Anna will create a practical programme of tuition for up to six people which is then held in your own gardens. Visits can also be made to other areas of the UK by special arrangement. Whichever route you take, Anna will share her vast knowledge and experience with you and inspire you to get outside and get gardening at home.

Let us help you enhance the beauty of your own garden.
